Real estate agents receive updates from Maxwell in order to keep them up-to-date on what is happening with their clients loan. They can receive the following:
- Status updates on the borrower file. When the status changes for the borrower, it will alert the borrower and real estate agent on the file. You can edit the realtor notifications in the 'Templates' tab on the Dashboard.
- FlexLetters where they have the ability to receive a pre-approval letter. They will be able to change the approved amount up to but not over the maximum approved amount that the loan officer input.
Real estate agents do not receive a login to Maxwell and cannot view any confidential information. Maxwell simply keeps them in the know on the borrower file every step of the way!
