Storing Credit Credentials

With Maxwell’s enhanced credit integration you can now store multiple vendor credentials within our Integrations Settings. Maxwell has partnered with MeridianLink, CBC, Informative Research, and Factual Data to give you access to dozens of CRAs for hard credit pulls.

Note: The Credit Integration must be enabled for your organization before you can store your credit credentials to pull a credit report. Your organizational admin can reach out to Maxwell to get this set up. You only need to do this once during your initial set-up, we will securely store your credentials to use when pulling credit.

Maxwell has just introduced the capability to retrieve soft credit inquiries as well! Our integration covers all of our existing vendors, with the exception of Factual Data and CBC Innovis (to be integrated soon).

How to set up your Credit Credentials

  1. From the dashboard, click your profile picture in the top right hand corner

Note: If you update your password with your Credit Provider you must update your password in Integrations
Please also note that credit credentials are per individual user.  That is different from the Docusign integration which is credentials per pipeline.
