- Fixed a bug where Verbal Credit Consent authorizations also triggered e-Consent Authorizations in the LOS. We have resolved it so that e-Consent authorizations are only sent to Encompass after a borrower logs into the POS and provides their electronic consent to send and receive electronic documents.
- Resolved a few grammatical errors in SmartTask descriptions
- Resolved several issues where borrowers' names were not syncing correctly between the POS and LOS. For example, the Middle Name was being shortened to an initial, or extra spaces were being added to the end of a name field. These issues were the root cause of some incidents where e-Sign and Disclosure task assignments were unable to be correctly assigned to affected borrowers.
- We resolved an issue where co-borrrower's who were removed in the LOS were not always being removed from the POS User Interface and were getting incorrectly assigned to tasks and signable documents.

- Simplified the Meridian Link Mortgage LOS syncing logic by implementing a setting to sync all files as Leads or Loans. To change your organizational settings contact help@himaxwell.com
- Fixed an issue where some borrowers emails were incorrectly placed into a name field of their LOS.
