Demographics Question Updates  

We made several updates to the demographics HMDA questions in the loan application to encourage higher participation rates on the demographics section of the loan application. 

• Changed the question from a dropdown selection to a multi-select checkbox 
• Moved I Don't Wish to Answer as the last response within each section
• For lenders filling out the application added a question to clarify how the demographic information was collected (Face to face, over the phone, internet, etc.) 
• Updated the disclaimer content to clarify that the lender is required to note the information based on visual basis or surname 

Updated Demographics Question User Experience 

Lender View Only (Information Provided Though) 

If the borrower completed the application we automatically select email or internet. 

Bug Fixes and Code Cleanup 

• Fixed error that prevented multi-tiered organizations from adding Enhanced Loan App Task to borrower task templates

Week of December 5th 

Lender Dashboard Updates 

We made several incremental user experience updates to the lender dashboard to make it faster for lenders to scan and find the loans that need attention. You can reference our Knowledge Base to learn more and see some gifs of the Lender Dashboard in action. 

Updated Placement of New Loan File Button: 

Moved the button to the top Right and includes all New File creation actions including 

• Create New loan file
• Import 3.4 from Encompass 
• Create a New Pricing Scenario (Optimal Blue Only)

User Experience and Design Changes 

• Increased sizes and color contrast to make them more readable
• Added bolding to the sorted column to make it clearer on how the lender dashboard is filtered
• Updated docs column to make the number of documents received easier to read and updated sorting so no documents is always sorted to the bottom
• Updated last borrower login column to days ago and made it so the borrower hasn't logged in is sorted to the bottom 
• Updated the Spanish Application notification to bring it next to the borrower's name
• Adjusted column widths and spacing for better responsiveness on smaller browser widths 
• Improved sorting speed and lender dashboard page load time
