Credit Updates

Updated Letter of Explanation of Create & Sign Task

We updated the user interface of our Letter of Explanation (LOE) tasks to assist the borrower. Updates include additional context and helpful tips to guide the borrower to write a quality LOE. The borrower has the option to upload an LOE manually or create and sign their LOE with our easy-to-use editor in the point of sale pictured below.

We released a fix to reduce duplicate documents being sent to Encompass on re-sync events.
We fixed an issue where borrowers were unable to view their tasks after a lender uploaded a document to a task item.
We fixed an issue so borrowers are always routed to the next open task after submitting a task.
Miscellaneous bug fixes and UI improvements.

FileFetch Updates

Updated FileFetch employment and payroll tasks User Interface to make employer info more searchable, improve connection rates, and direct borrowers on what to do in the event of a connection issue.

Credit Updates

We now update the credit authorization date in Meridian Link Mortage when credit consent is provided by the borrower in Maxwell Point of Sale
Added "required" field indicators to all required fields for credit pulls
Fixed borrower data not auto-populating from loan application into the credit pull form.
Fixed an issue where credit reports were getting stuck in a pending state so now we'll display if the credit report was created or there was an error in all scenarios.
Fixed an issue so we will not overwrite a credit authorization date in Encompass if a credit authorization already exists prior to the consent date provided from the Maxwell Loan application.

Updated borrower task status from “Approved” to “Completed” to not insinuate that borrowers' documents have been reviewed/approved by underwriting.
Fixed an issue with team member cards alignment in the borrower UX.
Fixed several borrower user views to accommodate for smaller width mobile devices.
