Features
- Updated the UX of repeat borrowers' loan file cards layout to make it easier for borrowers to select
- We moved the co-borrower selection for Lenders so it's available to select on smaller browser widths.
- We moved the question "where are you searching for your home?" So that we can collect City, State on all purchase applications when the Subject Property Address is hidden for Tila/Respa
- We added the full state name in all address fields to reduce confusion and errors around borrowers entering the wrong state name based on state search.
- We enabled Webhooks on ELA
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where ELA where some ELA responses were not saving and displaying on the final review. This was happening in instances where borrowers were quickly tabbing between answers and pasting responses into formatted fields like addresses, phone numbers, and dates.
- Fixed a data mapping issue on HELOCs in Encompass where Est. Property Value was incorrectly mapped as the purchase price.
- Fixed Snapdocs preview status
- Fixed QuickApply Button in the classic loan application
