Week of November 15th
Encompass Disclosures
When a borrower's email address is modified in Encompass, we cannot always determine if the desire was to update the existing borrower information in Maxwell. For lenders using native Encompass Disclosures, we have made it easier to identify and resolve these borrower discrepancies.
We have introduced self-service flows which notify the loan officers or lender support teams of the issue and guides them to make the appropriate adjustments in the Maxwell loan file.
Lenders can see that there is an issue on the Disclosures task:
Choosing "Resolve Issue" will kick off a series of questions about the desired change, allowing the user to step through to a resolution:
Once a resolution is selected, we automatically make the appropriate borrower updates and assign the disclosure task to the borrower, eliminating the need to request additional support.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where the "Teams can create" checkbox for borrower tasks templates was not working
- Fixed multiple instances of button text being truncated
Week of November 10th
Enhanced Loan Application
Added Two Factor Authentication Option for All New Loans
We've added a toggle that allows a borrower to select if they want to add two-factor authentication to their login security.
QuickApply Flow
Updated the application flow so that the borrower will always start with the QuickApply option in every application type.
QuickPricer
QuickPricer Org Settings - We've added a toggle that gives organizations with QuickPricer the option to Include/Exclude product Rebate from the borrower closing cost calculation. This is accessed via Org Settings. The default will be to keep the toggle on.
If an organization toggles it off they will no longer see a rebate in the borrower funds section and it will be removed from the closing costs calculations.

Encompass Disclosures
We've made some behind the scenes enhancements to help us create and update borrowers more efficiently when they are added or modified to a loan file in Encompass. These fixes will reduce user data discrepancies and errors in the native Encompass Disclosures integration.
