Docutech Disclosures + Encompass

• In addition to the existing MeridianLink Mortgage support, we've updated our Docutech integration to support the Encompass LOS.

Bug Fixes / Code Cleanup 

• Removed QuickPricer APR feature flag - All Optimal Blue connected organizations are now using Maxwell's APR calculation to account for all APR-related fees.
• Fixed Docusign issues preventing a lender form reconnecting an account.
• Fixed an issue which caused multiple toast messages to display in certain circumstances.
• Fixed an issue which changed all "Accepted" documents to "Viewed" when a task was marked complete.  We'll readily admit, this was a weird one.
