POS Release Notes - March 2024

Updated Birthdate Selector - Removed birthdate calendar selector in the loan application and made it a simplified numeric entry field with date validation, since borrowers were spending unnecessary time clicking through year and month selections which led to unnecessary errors on selections.
Updated Encompass Conditions Sync with v3 GET API - Updates v3 loan fetcher to pull underwriting conditions from Encompass (not enhanced conditions)
Remove Co-borrower participant from POS when removed in LOS - Updated Maxwell POS so that a co-borrower is fully removed from the loan file in the POS so that they are not incorrectly added to tasks or document signatures.
Updated SmartTask description for Separation & Divorce Decree to include Child Support - Updated the title and description for SmartTask so when Child Support payments are selected in the loan app the SmartTask provides an accurate description that reflects the borrowers situation.
Added Baltimore City option for Counties in Maryland - Added Baltimore City as one of the county options in Maryland, which was not previously available in subject property address selection fields.
Coborrower can not access their Docusign Task - Resolved an issue where a blank space was being added to the coborrower's name causing validation errors between Docusign and Maxwell.
