Bug Fixes / Code Cleanup
- Fixed issue where borrowers could not delete/update application data from QuickApply entries like Date of Birth or address fields.
- Fixed data mapping issue on HELOCs & Refinances where current mortgage data was mapping to section 4b. Second Mortgages instead of 2c. Liabilities.
- Added intended occupancy, monthly rental income, and mortgage account number to Real Estate Owned question to address data mapping issues.
- Fixed a date issue on Paystub and Purchase contract to request last month's data.
- Removed the Upgrade Banner for Wave 4 organizations so there is no specific date set on their upgrade application.
- Resolved an issue in the classic loan application that would break new Loan Officers application templates if they had custom questions.
- Fixed an issue where some Date of Birth entries were one day off in the 3.4 because of a timezone issue
Week of August 22nd
Features
- Added Income Type dropdown to employment question and allow borrowers to enter multiple income types from an employer (e.g. base, commission, bonus, overtime, etc.)
Bug Fixes / Code Cleanup
- Miscellaneous bug fixes to address UX and performance issues
- Updated non-occupant co-borrower language to shared finances to mirror loan application experience.
- Moved primary residence question to the beginning of declarations to mirror URLA

Features
Borrowers Not Sharing Personal and Financial Data
- We updated the language on the co-borrower question to say "Do you and [co-borrower] agree to share personal and financial information with each other in this application?"
- If the borrowerselects "NO, keep our information separate"
- The Maxwell application is split so borrowers will not be able to see each other's assets and liabilities in the application
- The primary borrower will not see an option to login as the co-borrower at the completion of their application
- We will split the borrowers on the LOS file
- Borrowers will not be able to see each other's documents in the document vault
- Borrowers will not be able to view individual tasks that are assigned to the other borrower
- On shared tasks, the borrowers will be able to view but NOT open the document attachments uploaded by the other borrower
- On the chat, borrowers will be able to view but not open documents that are uploaded by the other borrower
- The Lender will still be able to view
- All data completed on the application across both borrowers
- All documents uploaded by the borrowers
- All tasks assigned to each borrower
Bug Fixes / Code Cleanup
- Improved the visibility of Skip QuickApply and resend code buttons on the QuickApply pages so borrowers can navigate those pages easily.
- Fixed email case errors so we catch the same emails with different cases in co-borrower email support
- Miscellaneous UX bugs and performance updates
Week of August 7th

- Added Please Specify when borrower selects "Other" as their asset type.
- Updated borrower submission "confetti page" to better align with our branding
Bug Fixes
- Fixed QuickApply bug that allows borrowers to enter either 5 or 6 digit security code. If the QuickApply passcode entry fails because we cannot fetch data for the borrower we automatically redirect them to the application.
- Fixed a bug where borrowers using data copied or auto-filled from their browsers were not getting saved. e.g. a copied employer phone # or an auto-filled address field.
- Fixed an error where some ethnicity or race selections were not saved for the borrower.

- Fixed bugs related to Loan Notes not displaying for team members.
- Fixed a bug that was moving previously completed applications to incomplete when new team members were added to the loan file.
