Review and eSign Closing Documents
Your Lender may request you review or esign your closing documents prior to your loan's closing. To complete these Closing Document tasks follow the below steps:
- Login into your account
- Click on the “Closing Documents” task
- Click on the “Review and Sign Documents” button
- You may be asked to validate with a security code sent to your mobile number
- You will need to scroll down and review all documents prior to signing
- Click “eSign Next” at the bottom of the page

e-Signing Documents
- Check and agree agree to DocuSign documents
- Click “Next” at the top of the page or click on the first signature required line to adopt your signature
- Complete all required signatures, dates, or other selections
- Click "Finish"
- Click “return to dashboard” once complete with e-signing all closing documents
Accessing Signed Closing Documents
To retrieve completed closing documents after they have been signed by all parties and made available to you please login and revisit the completed task:
