If you are a co-borrower on a file, you will have received an email from your Lender that invites you to complete your portion of the loan application with your borrower. You will be able to upload documents, e-sign electronic documents, and fill out your loan application.

Setting Up Your Account
The email you received from your Lender will mention that you've been added to a loan file with your primary borrower. The email will have a blue link that will direct your to get your account setup!
- Click the blue “Create My Account” link in the email
- Type in a password for your account
- Toggle on Two-Factor Authentication (optional)
- Accept Terms of Service/Privacy Policy and Use of Electronic Signatures/Credit pulls (required)
- Click “Enable Account”
