1. TBD Filter
What this means for you and your team
Processors can now toggle between showing properties with a TBD address and not showing those properties on their pipeline. This toggle feature is available on the standard and the condensed view. Once a property has an address added, it will automatically reappear on the pipeline if the TBD toggle has been enabled.
How it works
- Toggle the “TBD Loans” filter to “on”
- See loans with “TBD” as the property address disappear from pipeline
- Toggle the “TBD Loans” filter to “off”
- See loans with “TBD” as the property address reappear on the pipeline
