Operations Report Enhancements

• On the Team Speed and Individual Speed reports, changed the duration from "Hours" to "Days" on all time-series reports
• On all Operations reports, updated the Milestone Details Table from "Hours" to "Days"

Week of March 13th

Pull-Through Report

We moved a pull-through and turn-time KPIs from the Loan Volume Report to a new Pull-Through Report, found inside the Sales category in the left navigation panel.

This new report includes pull-through percentage, number of loan units, and turn-times for many of the industry KPIs:

• Application to Close
• Initial Disclosures to Close
• Rate Lock to Close
• Application to Initial Disclosures

We'll continue to grow this list of loan events to provide even more granular control and visibility into your loan funnel.

Enhancements

• Loan Volume Report: We added a "Property State" filter
• Recognized Revenue Report: We are now subtracting broker fees from the calculated Realized Gain/Loss.  We will continue to tweak these calculations over the next month as we bring in additional fields and information from the 2015 Itemization form (Encompass) and the Borrower Responsible Closing Costs form (MeridianLink Mortgage).
