In-App Terms and Conditions
To streamline onboarding and we've added in-application click-through terms and conditions for Maxwell Business Intelligence. This allows prospective customers to view the current terms and conditions at their leisure outside of the application, and sign the latest terms and conditions through the Mortgage Intelligence Application.
Additional functionality includes:
- Acceptance audit tracking, including username, IP address, date, time, and version
- Version change tracking, including historical records for audit purposes
- An automatic prompt for users to re-accept if the terms and conditions version changes
