Recognized Revenue Report
The Recognized Revenue report provides margin analysis on loans sold on the secondary market. By combining actual sell price with lender credits and fees, the Recognized Revenue report gives a clear picture of margin, with visualizations by team (Loan Officer), loan program, and secondary investor.
Loan Volume Report Enhancements
Numerous enhancements to the Loan Volume Report, including:
- New "Rate Lock to Close" pull through visualizations
- New geographic volume visualization (U.S. map)
- Added a count of Loan Officers who have a submitted loan during the specified time period
- Added a count of Loan Officers who have a closed loan during the specified time period
