Pull-Through Report Revamp
We've streamlined our Pull-Through report, consolidating separate reports into metrics into a single view with filters for your starting and ending events.
"Application Submitted" Definition Updated
Following discussions with our lending partners, we've updated the definition of a "Submitted" loan application throughout Maxwell Business Intelligence. Where previously we were using the date when a loan was created in the LOS, we're not using the date in which all TRID/RESPA information was captured.

Tolerance Cures Report
We have released v1 of our Tolerance Cures Report (Encompass Only). The report provides financial insight into cures:
Important Features:
- A summary breakdown of total applied and required tolerance cures, broken down by team member.
- Loan Officer, Processor, Underwriter, and Closer reports, allowing you to quickly identify key contributors to cures.
- Trends in overall cure volume, by role, allowing you to see the effectiveness of prevention training over time.
- Loan-level tolerance cure details for deeper analysis and validation.
On our Roadmap for the Tolerance Cures Report:
- Fee-level data, tracing cures back to the values on the LE & CD, and identifying the most common causes of fees within your organization.
- Tolerance Cure comment history, exposing the log of resolution data.
- MeridianLink Mortgage support.
