Encompass Loan Folder Filtering

We now have the ability to filter loans by Encompass Loan Folder.  A common use case is to filter out any loans from the “Training” folder.

This configuration is done today by the Maxwell team.  Contact Maxwell Customer Support and provide the folder or folders you wish to exclude from your filtering.

This change is typically reflected within your reports within 1 business day.

AskMax (Beta)

Introducing AskMax, Maxwell's virtual Business Analyst.  When you have questions and you can't find your answers in our pre-built reports, you can use AskMax to search your data in our data warehouse.  Just type your question in your own terms, and we'll find your answer.

AskMax is currently available to lenders as part of a limited Beta program.
