Email Subscriptions
This week, Maxwell pushed out two new email subscriptions to our Maxwell BI customers. These emails are focused on delivering important, relevant, and timely data necessary to drive better business decisions and prioritization for the coming work week.
Sales Weekly Digest
The Sales Weekly Digest provides a breakdown of upcoming lock information, including:
- Locked Loan Quick Hits: Locked loan units and volume for the last week and month-to-date.
- The Locked Loan Pipeline: Total locked loan volume by loan status, and stale loan count.
- Loans Expiring This Week: Individual locks set to expire in the coming week and assignees.
Operations Weekly Digest
The Operations Weekly Digest focuses on operations production and active loans:
- Milestones Completed Last Week: Total number of milestones completed. If a loan completed the same milestone twice, it appears as 2 in this list.
- Loans Completing Milestones Last Week: Total count of loans completing a given milestone (or status).
- Loans at Risk Closing this Week: Remaining conditions and assignees for loans closing this week.
Loan List Report
We've added additional filtering options to the Loan List Report:
- Application Submission Date: The date the loan application was officially submitted (aka, TRID Completed Date).
- HMDA Action Taken: The date when the official HMDA Action or Status was applied.
- Funded Date

Pull-Through and Turn-Times with Milestones
We've enhanced the existing Sales > Pull-Through report to now include Milestone dates in addition to date fields from Encompass and MeridianLink. You can select either from the start or end event filters:
For Encompass customers, this allows you to track your team pull-through and turn-times from any field to/from any milestone. Common examples include:
- From Application Submitted (a date field) to Clear to Close (a common milestone)
- From Application Submitted (a date field) to Submitted to Underwriting (a common milestone)
- From Clear to Close (a common milestone) to Loan Funded (a date field)
For MeridianLink Mortgage customers, this exposes all status date fields in the Pull-Through report as “Milestones”, allowing you to select date options which were not previously available in the report.
Sales Forecasting Model Updates
We continue to track and enhance the performance of our Sales Forecasting Model vs customer actuals. This week, we released enhancements that both improve the accuracy of the forecasts and reduce load times!
The enhancements to our algorithm adjusted how we forecast closed loan volume in the mid-term (3-6 months out), using historic volume and current locked loans.
