Weekly Sales Digest Email Subscription (Beta)
We have begun publishing subscription emails, beginning with a Weekly Sales Digest. This digest includes important lock and funded data from the previous week, expiring locks in the week to come, and sales forecast numbers to help Sales Managers and Executives stay in touch with their business.
The Sales Weekly Digest is currently in beta testing with select lenders.
Data Refreshes More Frequently
We have modified the data refresh schedule to better accommodate normal business hours for our US-based clients. Data now refreshes one an hour, from 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM MST, with one additional refresh in the early morning at 1:00 AM MST.

Loan List Report
The new Loan List Report offers access to raw underlying data in Maxwell BI. It provides a simple table, with each table representing a single loan. The power of the report is in the filters, which allow you to filter and save the views to create custom pipelines, such as loans assigned to a specific team member, or loans in a specific status for more than a custom period of time.
Custom Reporting Comes to Maxwell BI
If you have a custom reporting need, we now have the ability to deliver one-off reports in a new “Your Reports” section of Maxwell BI:
This section will not be visible unless custom reports have been created for your organization. Custom reporting is available on an on-demand, individual scope-of-work basis. Additional charges may apply.
