By popular request, the Loan Volume Report is now using the loan Funding date rather than the loan Closing date.

Saving Favorites

Users can now “favorite” questions, allowing them to return to the question at any time in the future:

Once a question is favorited, it can be accessed using the “My Favorites” button at the top of the page:

Not only can favorited questions be easily revisited, but they will also load faster than questions asked through the AskMax search bar!

Providing Feedback

Users now have the ability to provide feedback on specific answers they've received in AskMax.  After asking a question, the user will be prompted at the bottom of the screen:

In addition to a thumbs up/down, users can provide written feedback.  This feedback will help improve the results and accuracy of future questions asked on the platform!

User Interface Enhancements

We've made numerous enhancements for both desktop and mobile, including:

• New loading screens to make it clear that the question is being processed
• Improved search bar behaviors to help with long questions
• Cosmetic enhancements to spacing, icons, and colors
