Milestone Report Enhancements
We've added new filtering options to the Milestone Turn-Times, Touches, and Pipeline reports:
- Loan Officer
- Processor
- Underwriter
- Closer
These filters allow you to select team members assigned to loans for cross-role analysis. For example, what do underwriting turn-times look like when a specific Processor is assigned to the loan? Or is a specific Loan Officer slowing down operational speed with poorly prepped loans? You can use these filters to find out!
In addition, Encompass Milestone Free Role customers can now use these reports to analyze their team performance. This was not previously possible, since Milestone Free Roles do not associate a user to a specific milestone.

MeridianLink Mortgage Enhancements
“Sandbox” loans are now automatically removed from reporting in Business Intelligence.

Loan Lock Report
We are excited to introduce the Loan Lock Report, found inside the Sales category!
This report provides Sales Executives with a snapshow for hteir team's lock behaviors, including recent lock volume, a calendar view of upcoming lock expirations, and a comprehensive details view.
