Pull-Through Report

• We've added Intent to Proceed and Loan Funded start/end event date dropdowns.  These are available for both Encompass and MeridianLink Mortgage. 
• We also sorted the start/end event dropdowns to chronological order, as the events would (usually) appear on a loan to make it easier to find your desired events.

Navigation and Organization Enhancements

Finance Category

In preparation for some additional reports (spoiler!), we have revamped the left hand navigation to include a new “Finance” category.  This category now includes Operational Costs and Secondary Market subcategories:

Operations Report Name Changes

To add clarity to the Operations reports, the previous Teams category has been have been renamed to Loan Milestones.  Additionally, the following reports have been renamed:

• Team Speed became Turn-Times
• Team Quality became Touches
• Team Capacity became Pipeline

Week of May 21st

Pull-Through Report

The Pull-Through report now includes additional HMDA data, providing additional context about the final status/action taken on loans pulled through the selected start and end events in the report.

Like most visualizations in Business Intelligence, these are interactive, allowing you to click on a HMDA Action Taken to filter and view loan-level details at the bottom of the report.
